Invitation Letter

International attendees who need a visa to satisfy the Greece Visa and Passport entry requirements usually need an invitation letter from SecureComm'09 as part of the visa application.

To obtain such an invitation letter, please send the following information to Dr. Effie Makri (the Sponsorship Chair of SecureComm'09) at effie.makri@iit.demokritos.gr:

  • Name, affiliation and address
  • E-mail
  • Reason of attendance (i.e. paper presentation along with title, or simple attendance)
